Keeping it FRESH

Its the weekend!!! Hallelujah! I've had so many things I've been wanting to do around my house and they finallllllly got done. LIKE getting out some fun Halloween things to deck our little spooky halls. Someday I will go all out but with a few moves in our near future #medschoolproblems we are keeping things light easy. I love Halloween so much and it's really hard to not go to Hobby Lobby and buy all of the things. So until then I just adore my purple pumpkin and ragtag Halloween string lights and a few other things around our house.

Also, I posted this on insta but this brownie brittle addicting stuff is amazing. We've bought it at Costco more times than I would like to admit but all of the specialty flavors are amazing. MY absolute favorite is the salted caramel...a little sweet, a little salty, and a whole lot of chocolate. What more could a girl want...right?!?

I've been doing to some updating to some of my VERY FIRST products on teacherspayteachers...dusting off the files and removing the cobwebs. ONE of them was a huge collection of Homophones, Homonyms, & Homographs for Upper Elementary Grades. I could never find a collection that has a variety that appealed to my 6th graders. HENCE why they were invented...

Out with the old...AND....

In with the pretty new ones. LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. Oh, and I added to the collection so instead of 68 cards--there are now 100! And don't hold me to it but this collection is growing. ;)

Since this product was created I've used and used and used this. My ELL students always get a kick out of these because we make language fun. My students always let me know of fun homophones, homonyms, and homographs that they find.

You know the kid who came up with this one ^^^ was real proud of himself. Well, I totally was too! MUSTARD and MUSTERED! Ha! I love it.

I won't subject you to any jokes about this subject! So punny...or not!

I love these babies. Not only do they have rave reviews but my students thank me for not giving them "baby homophones"--straight from the mouths of babes. Or preteens. Whatevs. I'm taking it as a compliment. These are great for all kids especially ELL/ESL students and speech students.

I use them in centers and to sort on my white board. They are the perfect size with a font that is easy to read. Anyways. HOW FUN ARE THEY?! Also is a handy dandy graphic organizer (it's nothing too fancy) for students to collect or keep track of the homophones, homonyms, and homographs that they find.

So get your HHH (homophone, homonym, & homograph) party on! Find them HERE.

Enjoy your weekend friends!
Over and out!
